Visitor Update Course
All current standards visitors are required to take the online Visitor Update Course to be eligible to do visits during the summer of 2010. This course will take approximately one hour to complete online and will provide you with information pertaining to recent changes and updates to the Standards Program. Click here to enroll now.
Standards Visitor Information Form
Deadline February 5, 2009
This form MUST be received from each visitor who is willing to do a visit this summer. Only those visitors that return the form will be assigned to a visit.
2010 Camps to be Visited
View a preliminary list of camps to be visited in 2010. If you feel your camp is due a visit and you are NOT on this list, please e-mail ACA Southeastern or call (919) 402-4336 as soon as possible. ALL camps that would like a 2010 visit MUST submit a Basic Camp Information Form by February 1, 2009. Unsure if your form was received? Email us.
Visitor Assignment Timeline
- Individuals who want to participate in a visit this summer should have returned the Standards Visitor Information Form.
- Initial Visitor assignments are made.
- Visitor assignment packets mailed. Information mailed to camps.
- This is a good time to get Written Documentation Previews done.
- Dates for visits set!
- Visit dates sent to ACA Southeastern office
