Standards Visitor Information Form
Deadline March 5, 2009
This form MUST be received from each visitor who is willing to do a visit this summer. Only those visitors that return the form will be assigned to a visit.

2009 Camps to be Visited
View a preliminary list of camps to be visited in 2009. If you feel your camp is due a visit and you are NOT on this list, please e-mail ACA Southeastern or call (919) 402-4336 as soon as possible. ALL camps that would like a 2009 visit MUST submit a Basic Camp Information Form by MARCH 1, 2009. Unsure if your form was received? Email us.

Visitor Assignment Timeline
March 5 - Individuals who want to participate in a visit this summer should have returned the Standards Visitor Information Form.
Late March - Initial Visitor assignments are made.
April - Visitor assignment packets mailed. Information mailed to camps.
May 1 - Dates for visits set!
May 5 - Visit dates sent to ACA Southeastern office
