Standards Visitor Information Form
Deadline March 1, 2006
This form MUST be received from each visitor who is willing to do a visit this summer. Only those visitors that return the form will be assigned to a visit.
2006 Camps to be Visited
View a preliminary list of camps to be visited in 2006. If you feel your camp is due a visit and you are NOT on this list, please e-mail ACA Southeastern or call (919) 402-4336 as soon as possible. ALL camps that would like a 2006 visit MUST submit a Basic Camp Information Form by MARCH 15, 2006. Unsure if your form was received? E-mail us.
Visitor Assignment Timeline
- Individuals who want to participate in a visit this summer should have returned the Standards Visitor Information Form.
- Initial Visitor assignments are made.
(no later than April 10) - Visitor assignment packets mailed. Information mailed to camps.
- Dates for visits set!
- Visit dates sent to ACA Southeastern office
