Life Guarding + Waterfront Module (ARC)

This course provides comprehensive skills instruction for performing equipment-based rescues, spinal injury management, post-rescue care, and First Aid and CPR training for pools and waterfront settings. The certification is good for three years upon successful completion of the course, and participants will receive ARC certifications Life Guarding + Waterfront, including CPR and First Aid. A pre-course session must first be successfully completed which includes a 550 yard continuous swim, and retrieval of a 10 lb object from a depth of 12 feet.
