What information does ACA, Southeastern collect?
Most data ACA, Southeastern collects are used only to help ACA, Southeastern better serve its members, customers, and Web visitors. It is our general policy to collect and store only personal information that our members, customers, and Web visitors knowingly provide.

ACA, Southeastern uses your personally identifiable information to process transactions and to inform you of other products or services available from ACA, Southeastern and its affiliates. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving emails from ACA, Southeastern, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We occasionally make camp and camp operator names and postal addresses available to ACA Business Affiliates, Business Partners, and trusted organizational partners. We have found this to be the most cost-effective method of increasing our database of potential camp prospects and hope that you value the information they send you. Your name is only available to these organizations for a one-time use. Other organizations will not have continued access to your name and address unless you choose to respond to their initial mailing.
How do we protect your information?
Protecting the safety of your credit card information is also important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the industry standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our Web site servers. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information to participating merchants.
