ServSafe Food Education Workshop

Calling all food service managers! "ServSafe" is the food safety and sanitation program offered in partnership with the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. This six hour course culminates with a written examination for certification that will be honored in NC for 3 years. As part of the registration fee, you will receive the ServSafe Essentials 5th Edition book and exam answer sheet. Each student will receive the book and a pre-class assignment approximately 10 days prior to the conference to help prepare for the class and the exam.
Standards Course
Monday September 21 | 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
No Cost, Pre-registration required.
Lunch on your own.
The purpose of this course is to help prepare camp directors / administrators for their accreditation visit and to serve as an introduction to the Standards program for persons interested in becoming visitors. It is required that someone who will be involved with the preparation and will be on-site during the visit attend this course. It is also required of new directors in already-accredited camps.
