Meet other visitors, share stories, give input, and enjoy some light snacks between sessions, on us! This is our way of saying "thank you" for all of your time and efforts as a visitor this summer. Check at the registration desk for location of lounge area, only open to accreditation visitors during the conference.

Hors D'oeuvres with David Wilcox Monday, September 22 | 7:00pm - 9:00pm This is an optional ticketed event $50 per conference attendee $65 for guests, includes concert ticket Enjoy great food, socialize with other camp professionals, and rub elbows with musical artist, David Wilcox! David will join us for the reception, held in the McGlohon Theatre Atrium, just prior to his performance.

McGlohon Theater Charlotte, NC

Enjoy a spectacular evening in downtown Charlotte, NC's arts district. ACA, Southeastern conference attendees will enjoy a private concert by musical artist, David Wilcox! An optional hors d'oeuvres reception with David Wilcox will take place prior to the concert. Or, enjoy an evening dining in downtown Charlotte, NC before you make your way to the McGlohon Theater in Spirit Square for the concert.

Live Auction / Dessert Reception

You don't have to bid, you just need to be there!

Join us for an evening program of unequaled fun and entertainment! This year's live auction entertainment will feature a Dynamic Duo, "The Upset Duet."  

What can you expect?  Great desserts, great auctioneers, of course AND great items to purchase!  Mixed in with the auction is a variety of “entertainment” and fun.  Be a part of this evening as we celebrate, laugh and raise money for ACA, Southeastern. Funds from the auction help support educational events and scholarships for ACA, Southeastern members and camps.

How can you help?  Donate an item (large or small) for auction.
Email the ACA, Southeastern office and let us know if we can count on you for an auction item this year! Create a theme basket from your camp or organization. T-shirts, sweatshirts, chairs, books, candy… wine… skills training… we have had a great variety of items in the past.   Items for auction can be turned in to the registration area at the conference. Highlights from past years have included a rocking chair, canoe/kayak lessons, complimentary week(s) at camp, great camp t-shirts, one of a kind craft items, and much more!

Breakfast and Annual Membership Meeting
Wednesday, September 24 | 8:00am - 9:15am
Free for conference attendees, $25 for guests
Come hear the state of the ACA, Southeastern section and enjoy socializing with your peers at breakfast. Meet the leadership of ACA, Southeastern, nominate someone for a position on the 2009 board of directors, and sign up to participate in one of ACA Southeastern's many focus groups. What a great way to start the last day of the conference!
