Southeastern Section Events at the ACA National Conference in Orlando |
Section Breakfast in Orlando
FREE BREAKFAST! Yes indeed… all Southeastern Section members (and their friends attending the conference) are invited to attend the Southeastern Breakfast at the ACA National Conference in Orlando . The date: Thursday, February 24. Time: 7:15 am (yes, it is early), followed by a brief business meeting and awards presentation! You won’t want to miss either. Check out the program brochure to find out the room.

More Food!
The ACA SE will also have the opportunity to meet and eat on Wednesday night (February 23rd) just PRIOR to the I Believe Event ( 5:45-6:30 pm ). This time will be used as an opportunity to catch up and meet/share with those from your District (State). We will be meeting in the Coronado H room. |
Help put “BULK IN THE AUCTION!”
Be a part of helping raise funds for CAMPaign ’07! Items are needed for the I Believe Silent Auction which will be held in the Exhibit Hall! Camp items, stays at some of our great camps, merchandise unique to your part of the country, etc. are all great silent auction items. Bring items to the ACA Registration Desk at the Conference upon arrival (the Auction begins Tuesday evening)! Questions? Contact rhonda@acasoutheastern.org.

LOOKING FOR SPECIAL CAMP PROGRAMS!
Have you seen or heard of a great program offered at one of our Section camps? Does your camp offer a really unique program (we know they are all great!). Camp people have a tendency to be modest and the ACA SE Board wants to recognize the wonderful things you all do! If you know of or offer one of the really special programs, please contact Kat Shreve , kshreve@girlscoutsnwga.org, no later than February 10th.

CAMP Magazine
By now you have probably heard of or heard about and hopefully had the opportunity to see the great parent resource published by our National office. CAMP magazine is available for camps to distribute at parent nights, to share with your potential camp families, etc. If you would like a supply of these (they are in boxes of 40), please contact the Section office and we’ll ship you a box!
